Formation day for ministry leaders
Our day for parish ministry leaders, including parish and school staff and administration, is a day to celebrate our shared ministry and to be inspired to continue to serve effectively and joyfully.
When: Friday, October 5, 2018, from 9am to 2pm
Where: Queen Saints Hall, The Catholic Center (238 Jewett Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06606)
Formation day will feature speaker Jon Leonetti, presenting his talk: YOUR GOD IS TOO BORING
Many today are bored with God. But that’s not God’s fault. We’ve grown bored because we’ve forgotten who God is. And when we forget who He is, we forget who we are, too. But we can know God! We can know Him because He’s revealed himself to us. This talk helps us rediscover who God is. When we do that, our mission becomes clear and profound change happens in our lives.
